With the introduction of PuchiCon v2, PuchiCon Slider Classic has entered a new chapter.
It preserves the beloved design while delivering a more precise and refined experience.

🔧 What’s New in PuchiCon V2

Completely re-engineered internals
While the exterior, magnets, and layout remain unchanged, the internal structure has been redesigned from the ground up.
Unnecessary thickness has been reduced, strength enhanced where needed — resulting in a more durable and elegant construction.

Ultra-precise fabrication with 50 µm motion control
Made possible by the latest generation of high-end 3D printers, ensuring dimensional accuracy and consistency exactly as intended.

Reinforced internal plate
Resistance to bending and twisting improved by approximately 20%, achieving greater toughness than before.

New metal dome base plate
The dome system has been completely updated. Inserts can now be swapped about 30% faster, as the entire plate replaces the individual domes at once.

Improved magnet tolerance
In v1, even a 0.1 mm variation in magnet thickness could affect button function.
The v2 design accommodates 0.1–0.2 mm variations, making customization with replacement magnets far more forgiving and user-friendly.

Refined special button
Half-press and full-press are now distinctly defined, evoking the tactile feel of a DSLR shutter.

Custom SAKURA EDC metal domes
All domes are newly designed for SAKURA EDC, producing a richer sound and sharper tactile response.

Refined body design
Fragile thin areas and protrusions have been reduced, lowering the risk of breakage by 35–40%.
The result is a more robust body that remains safe and dependable for everyday carry.

Warranty – 3D Printed PuchiCon Sliders

All 3D printed PuchiCon sliders include a 7-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Covered:

• Initial defects (broken parts, printing errors, missing components)

• Shipping damage (please provide photos within 7 days of arrival)
