Returns

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

Please make sure to review product details carefully before placing an order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

I will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used items
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without prior contact

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a defect is confirmed.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees and any customs duties are non-refundable.
