International orders are shipped via FedEx or similar express carriers with tracking.
Domestic orders within Japan are shipped via Yamato Transport or equivalent.

For international orders, a flat rate may apply depending on the product or promotion.

- FedEx / Express shipping: 2–7 business days (depending on destination)
- Japan Post (international): may take 2 weeks or longer depending on location and conditions
- Japan domestic: 1–3 business days

Customs & Import Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
No customs duties apply to domestic orders within Japan.
Lost or Delayed Packages
I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
However, if your package is lost, please contact me and I will do my best to assist.
